After many months of planning, design, coding and testing, we are very excited to present you, the Pacific Cinémathèque audience, with a brand new website! 

While we recognize there is a portion of users who enjoyed our previous website, our 2007 survey indicated that a much larger segment expected more than what a 10-year old site could offer.

The Pacific Cinematheque Communications Department and Vancouver-based Drupal developers awdd media, embarked on a complete re-think, re-design, and redeployment. We took into account the needs and usage patterns of the many thousands of you that visit each month, and have introduced features like a new interface, easier and more organized contextual browsing, calendar-based nightly screening options, a search engine, more streamlined access to on-line ticket buying — to name just a few, with more enhancements to come. Email info@cinematheque.bc.ca and let us know what you think.
